Clinical Case Study-Endoscopic Posterolateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion via Transforaminal Approach

Patient Condition: Two years ago, the patient developed intermittent distension and pain in the lumbar region accompanied by both lower extremities after physical exertion. The symptoms were aggravated by prolonged standing, walking and sitting, and slightly relieved by rest. Intermittent oral medication was administered with poor efficacy. After physical examination and image review, the outpatient physician confirmed the diagnosis of lumbar spondylolisthesis in the patient.
