Posterior Cervical System
Cervical laminoplasty can achieve spinal cord decompression in cases of multi-level myelopathy or myeloradiculopathy due to cervical spondylosis, ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL), and similar conditions. The Dome System is used to hold the graft material in place in order to prevent the graft material from expulsion, or impinging the spinal cord.
